Rate Chart of Individual Work
TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO PROJECT WORK
- Payment Terms will be as follows.
- 50% as advance before work start.
- 50% will be payable by showing the Output Proof – With Company watermark
- Any tax and duties as per government law has to bear by customer.
- Exclusive License can be allotted with Extra charges or on royalty basis.
- Maximum two correction is allowed. after that it will be considered a fresh / new work and will be charged accordingly.
- The Rate once finalized will not be changed till the completion of project.
- Time Period will be based on the Work Quality and duration of the work and will be finalized during the work contract finalization.
- All the data required from customer has to provide during the stipulated time frame. Delay in providing the data will affect the production time frame. Failure to provide the required data as per contract by customer within the maximum time frame the project will be deemed as cancelled and no any amount will be refund to customer.
- Before production started the customer shall provide the works, references, and other work-related content which he/she wishes to provide as guidance.
- If in any case the production cancelled or delayed by customer then the paid payment will not be refunded, and the production content will remain with the production house and this agreement will be null & valid.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Any tax and duties as per government law has to bear by customer.
- All the data required from customer has to provide during the stipulated time frame. Delay in providing the data will affect the production time frame. Failure to provide the required data as per contract by customer within the maximum time frame the project will be deemed as completed and no any amount will be refund to customer.
- Maximum Two corrections are allowed. Beyond this it will be consider as new work. Correction means the correction in content, correction in Background or foreground colour, position of the Content, Spelling correction is allowed. The correction which is changing the layout of the work will be considered as the new work.
- If Designer does not hear from Client within 2 Days after delivery of the Works, the Works shall be considered as accepted with no further changes permitted. Hereafter work submitted with any changes will be considered as new work.
- Failure to provide the required data by client for work completion within 2 Days after initiation of work the project or work will be considered as completed and will be invoiced to client accordingly.
- Payment Terms can be Bimonthly.
- 50 % advance During Contract signing.
- Balance 50% within 15 to 20 days of service start
- Delay in payment will charge extra.
- Any Draft work submitted for approval will be provided along with our company Watermark.
- Our Office Time is from Morning 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and hence any work data shall be received before 12 afternoon only. Any correction after work submission should be informed before 5 pm to deliver the work on that day.. Else will be delivered on next day or as per mutual agreement.
