Our JOB Role: –

  • Related to Man Power Supply
    1. On receipt of Information regarding the required candidates, the Consultancy shall inform Company within 7 days; details regarding candidates short-listed and send the relevant roles.
    2. The Consultancy shall scrutinize the resume and interview the candidates before the same are forwarded to Company and also ensure the correctness of the information provided.
    3. The CONSULTANCY will have to ensure that all candidates appear for the Final interview with testimonials including last month’s pay slip and the detailed requested by Company.
  • Related to Trained man Power supply
    1. Consultancy will understand the exact requirement about the man power needed and the JOB Role. Consultancy will inform the training period and professional fees required as per JOB Role.
    2. Consultancy will provide the training to candidate before posting the employee to company. The Company can take interview or can put on trial for another 10 Days to check his technical competency.
    3. The Consultancy will provide re- training if found candidate not up-to the mark. This second training can be demanded by company within 10 days after deputation or consultancy can understand it based on the daily progress report getting from Company. The Candidate will be deemed as OK if no any complaint received with 10 Working days.
  • Related to Business enhance
    • Consultancy will depute a team of consultant for primary discussion and knowing the exact requirement towards business enhance
    • Based on discussion and requirement, the Consultancy will inform the professional fees, Man Power, time period, Documents required and documents deliverable.

Responsibilities of COMPANY:

  1. COMPANY shall give to the CONSULTANCY the profile of COMPANY for information to candidates proposed by the CONSULTANCY for interview on phone.
  2. COMPANY shall inform the CONSULTANCY regarding the manpower requirement giving details regarding the vacancy for which the candidate is required, Experience, Age, Qualification, Pay-Scale range, JOB Role, and other related details.
  3. COMPANY shall inform the CONSULTANCY, after short-listing the candidates, of the date, the time, and the venue of the interview.
  4. HR will inform the CONSULTANCY from time to time about the short-listing of candidates, interviews, selection, offer letters, and joining of the candidates.
  5. The company should provide the Appointment letter of the candidate to consultancy only. The consultancy will provide the appointment letter to the candidate.
  6. In case of trained manpower supply, the company should inform the progress of the candidate from time to time.

Terms and Conditions: –

  1. In case the candidate leaves the services of the Company within 60 days of joining, the CONSULTANCY will find a replacement candidate of similar/equivalent qualification and experience. In case no suitable candidate is found for replacement, a Credit Note to the same amount will be issued by CONSULTANCY for payment received from the Company. However, a replacement/credit note does not apply in case the Company terminates the services of the candidate due to changes in requirement or the candidate leaves the services due to placing the candidate in a profile not as per the agreed requirement.
  2. The Company can reject the candidate and can ask for a replacement if the candidate is not found satisfactory even after a second training within the next 10 working days after the candidate re deputed.
  3. The CONSULTANCY will not use the name of the Company in any other communication except in the client lists used in marketing. The CONSULTANCY will seek adequate permission from the Company for use of the name of the Company in any other communication.
  4. In case of disputes arising out of disagreements in the terms stated in this agreement, the courts of RAIPUR will have complete jurisdiction.

Commercial Part: –

  1. The professional fees for various services are mentioned below: –
    1. 50 % of the Candidate’s One Month Gross Salary against the Man Power supply.
    2. In the case of a trained manpower supply, the professional fees will be payable in three parts. First 30% before the training starts, 40 % During the Training Phase, and the remaining 30% within 10 working days after the candidate joined the company.
    3. In the case of Business enhancement – 5 % on Profit sharing, the TA & DA of the Consultants visited for discussion and study the company requirements and initial consultancy fee as finalized during the meeting.
  2. COMPANY shall pay the professional fees by Cheque or ONLINE Money transfer (No CASH Transaction is acceptable).
  3. Any Tax and duties applicable shall be paid by the company.
  4. Any statutory requirement for job completion has to be fulfilled by the company.
